Check Individual Progress: Student Profile

Every student has their own learning journey, and Redmenta’s Student Profile gives you a complete picture of it in one place. Beyond grades or scores, the profile combines competencies, progress trends, and personal interests, so you can see both what the student has learned and how they are developing over time.

Open a Student Profile

  1. Click on a student’s name.

  1. Select Profile to open the detailed view of their learning jouney.

Key Sections in the Student Profile

1. Interests

At the very top, you’ll see the student’s interests. These are collected and saved by Redmenta’s AI to help create activities that connect learning with what excites the student most. For example, if a student loves football or music, practice tasks can be generated around those themes while still meeting curriculum standards. This helps make learning more engaging and personal.

Beneath the interests, you’ll find AI-generated trend cards that summarize the student’s overall learning journey:

  • Strengths: areas where the student consistently performs well.
  • Challenges: competencies or topics where the student struggles.
  • Activity changes: how the student’s work habits and progress have shifted over time.

Next to the trend cards, you’ll see charts that provide a clear visual representation of:

  • Performance changes — showing how competency achievement has improved or declined.
  • Activity rate — how often the student has been completing and submitting worksheets.

This combination of trends and visuals gives you both a quick snapshot and deeper insight into the student’s development.

3. Tabs for Detailed Insights

Learning Journal

The Learning Journal is a chronological log of everything the student has done:

  • Lists all completed worksheets.

  • Shows which competencies were targeted.

  • Displays whether each competency was achieved or not.

It’s like a timeline of the student’s learning path, helping you see patterns and identify exactly where progress was made or challenges arose.

The Competency Profile shows all the competencies the student has worked on through their worksheets. For each one, you can see its current status — Achieved or Not achieved. This section gives you a curriculum-aligned view of the student’s progress, making it easier to judge where they stand overall and what still needs to be achieved.

4. Personalised Activity Request

If a student has requested extra practice, you’ll see it under Personalised Activity Request. Here, you can instantly create new practice activities with the help of AI. These tasks are automatically aligned with both the curriculum and the student’s interests, so they stay relevant and motivating without adding extra workload for you.

👉 The Student Profile helps you move beyond grades to see the full learning journey. With insights into both skills and interests, you can provide support that is not only effective but also engaging for the student.
