Getting Started with Redmenta
From Creating Worksheets to Personalized Student Learning Paths
Welcome to Redmenta!
This guide will walk you through the basics of using the platform — from creating content and sharing it with your students, to evaluating their work and helping them improve with personalized learning paths. Whether you're a tech-savvy teacher or just getting started, this article will help you understand what Redmenta can do.
Two Ways to Create a Worksheet
Redmenta gives you two options when it comes to making worksheets:
- Manual Worksheet Creation
You can handcraft worksheets by adding different task types (multiple choice, matching, ordering, open-ended, video recording, creative board, AI chat) and explainer elements (text blocks, images, embedded PowerPoint slides), combining them freely for full control.
- AI-Powered Worksheet Creation
If you're short on time, need inspiration, or just want to try something new, Redmenta’s built-in AI Tools are here to help.
Here's how it works:
You choose from six categories of AI Tools based on your teaching goals.
Not sure where to start? Just type what you need into the search bar and the system will recommend a tool.
Once you find a tool you like, click Start Tool.
On the AI assistant page, you can:
- Select a curriculum (optional)
- Choose a subject and grade level
- Upload your own material if you want the AI to base the worksheet on trusted content.
- Add competencies to your worksheet (if curriculum is enabled).
This is how Redmenta ensures quality: by letting you guide the AI with trusted sources and curriculum, you get accurate, relevant content every time.
Then, AI will suggest a draft version of the worksheet right away. Simply chat with the AI to make changes - tell it what you need, guide it with more details and clear instructions, treating it as an ongoing conversation until you get exactly what you want.
When you’re happy with the idea, click Bring it to life — and Redmenta will turn it into a fully editable, interactive worksheet you can share with your students in just a few clicks.
Setting Up and Sharing Your Worksheet
Once you’ve created a worksheet, you’ll land on the preview page, where you can finalize its settings before sending it to your students.
You can:
- Choose the worksheet mode (self-learning, assisted learning, gamified or assessment)
- Set up the evaluation settings (rubrics, percentage grading)
- Decide how students can fill it (e.g., with or without a time limit)
- Set how you want to share it (e.g., with a link, a QR code, or with a jumper code - if your school uses an LMS, you can also integrate Redmenta directly into platforms like Google Classroom or Microsoft Teams for seamless access.)
Redmenta makes it easy to control what students see after completing your worksheet. Not to mention one click AI evaluation - that we will get to below.
Evaluating Student Answers
After your students complete the worksheet, go to the Evaluation page to review their work. You can do this with just a few clicks with the help of AI.
You'll see a list of students who have submitted the worksheet.
Click on any student’s name to view their answers and scores.
Redmenta helps speed up your grading:
Closed-ended tasks are automatically evaluated by the system.
Open-ended tasks - you can ask the AI to help evaluate these.
The AI will give you:
- A short summary of the student’s overall performance
- Feedback on individual answers
You stay in control — you can edit or change anything before sending the results to the student.
Once you're satisfied, click Approve to share the final results with the student.
Helping Students Improve: Adaptive Learning Paths
Want to help a student improve in specific areas? On Redmenta you can generate a personalized learning journey for them in just a few clicks with the help of AI— based on how they performed on a worksheet.
Here’s how:
After evaluating a worksheet, click Personalise next activity.
The AI assistant will analyze the student’s performance and suggest areas to work on.
Then, the AI offers options for the next activity (e.g., quiz, extra practice, homework).
Pick one, and just like before, the AI will generate a draft worksheet idea that you can review and edit before sharing: adding your own notes or goals as well.
This way, you’re not just grading — you’re actively supporting your students' progress with tailored materials.
Bonus Feature: Chatbots
In Redmenta, you can also create AI chatbots as standalone activities — a fun, interactive way for students to learn and practice.
There are four chatbot types to choose from:
- Explainer: Teaches a topic in conversation form
- Quizzer: Asks questions and gives feedback
- Roleplay: Acts out a situation for practice (e.g., history or real-world scenarios)
- Custom: You can create your own chatbot prompt for any purpose
Students talk to the chatbot like they would with a tutor — and the experience is both engaging and educational.
What makes Redmenta’s chatbot feature even more powerful is that you can evaluate the conversations between your students and the AI.
- Set up your own evaluation rubric with clear criteria
- Choose percentage-based scoring or qualitative feedback
- View the entire conversation and assess how well the student responded or engaged with the topic
You can also ask the AI to help with evaluation, providing draft feedback you can edit
This way, the chatbots aren’t just simple conversations — they become meaningful learning activities that both the teacher and the student can reflect on.
Competency Tracking in Redmenta
Redmenta helps you track competencies (learning outcomes), not just grades. This shows exact skills and knowledge areas where students need support.
With competency tracking, you can:
- Create worksheets aligned to learning outcomes
- Let AI evaluate achievement of outcomes
- Track progress for individuals and groups
Competency-Aligned Worksheets
When creating a worksheet, link curriculum-based competencies to each activity. Every task contributes to a meaningful picture of learning.
AI Evaluation: Competencies — Step by Step
Go to Evaluate in the left menu.
If needed, start AI evaluation.
Open a student’s submission.
Switch to the Competencies tab.
See AI-suggested status: Achieved / Not achieved.
To change a result, click the status buttons — edits save automatically.
Repeat for other students.
Competency Profiles & Tracking
As students complete worksheets, their competency progress updates automatically:
Learning Journal: A chronological log of all worksheets, competencies, and achievement status. This gives a clear view of the student’s learning journey and helps identify patterns.
Competency Profile: A curriculum-aligned overview showing all competencies the student has worked on and their status. You can immediately see which outcomes are consistently achieved and which still need attention.
👉 Competency tracking acts like a compass, helping you see what each student has mastered and what comes next.
Check Individual Progress: Student Profile
Every student has their own Profile, which combines grades, competencies, progress trends, and personal interests. This gives you a full picture of both academic performance and engagement.
Open a Student Profile
Click a student’s name.
Select Profile.
Key Sections:
Interests
Saved by AI to generate engaging activities (e.g., football-themed Maths if a student loves football).
Trends and Statistics
AI-generated trend cards show:
Strengths
Challenges
Charts display:
Performance changes over time
Activity rate
Tabs for Detailed Insights
Learning Journal: chronological log of worksheets, competencies, and results.
Competency Profile: full list of competencies worked on, with Achieved/Not achieved status.

Personalised Activity Request
If a student requests extra practice, AI creates curriculum-aligned tasks based on both needs and interests.
👉 The Student Profile helps you move beyond grades to see the full learning journey, making support more engaging and effective.
