# How can I solve the Video recording task type?

## If you are struggling with solving differnet task types, we're happy to help you with some practical descriptions. Here you can find the steps of how to solve a Video recording task.

To solve the Video task type, first allow the browser to use the camera and microphone. If it doesn't ask for it automatically, enable it in your browser's settings!

To start recording, click _Turn on Camera_, then the orange button that appears. While recording, you can stop the video recording with the same  button.

You can start recording as many times as you wish, by clicking the _Delete and restart_ button that appears under the finished video!

Please note that the length of the video can be a maximum of 10, 30 or 60 seconds depending on the settings specified by the editor. During recording, the countdown in the lower right corner indicates the amount of time that’s left.
