New Menu Structure

Redmenta’s new menu gives you more than space — it helps you get more done. The left-side navigation, tools bar, and Create–Evaluate–Adapt tabs make the platform cleaner, faster, and more powerful.

Redmenta has evolved - our refreshed menu structure isn’t just about extra room, it’s about enabling you to achieve more. The new left-side menu, personalized tools bar, and distinctive Create–Evaluate–Adapt tabs make it easy to navigate an ever-growing platform while keeping everything within reach. You’ll enjoy a cleaner menu structure paired with stronger capabilities, from streamlined worksheet creation to enhanced evaluation tools.

What’s new?

The first thing you’ll notice is the menu bar moved to the left side of the page. Here’s what you’ll find inside:

  • Create New – quickly start building worksheets or other types of content.

  • AI Tools – explore the full range of Redmenta’s AI-powered assistants.

  • My Students – manage the groups you’ve created on the platform.

  • Knowledge Base – browse helpful articles and guides to support your work.

  • Video Tutorials – watch step-by-step instructions for a visual walkthrough.

  • Redmenta Updates – stay informed about the latest features and improvements.

  • Help -  reach out to us whenever you have questions.

The Create – Evaluate – Adapt workflow

At the top, you’ll see three dedicated pages that match the learning process:

  • Create – view all worksheets and chatbots you’ve built so far.

  • Evaluate – track and complete any activities waiting for evaluation.

  • Adapt – respond to student requests for new, personalized worksheets.

A refreshed editing experience

The worksheet editor has also been updated. You can still add a title, image, and description just like before — but now in a cleaner, more intuitive interface that makes editing faster and easier.

Tasks within a worksheet are now movable via drag-and-drop in the new left-side overview panel, where you can see all tasks at a glance in miniature form.

The worksheet menu is now mirrored — meaning that Creation, Evaluation, and Sharing settings can be accessed from both the top-right and top-left areas for quicker access.

By clicking the Settings button, you can access the Completion and Evaluation settings.

If you click on Share, you can see many options to share it with your students.

You can add collaborators, or publish your worksheet to the Library.

By clicking on the three dots next to Share, you will find the option to Generate a variant of your worksheet, Clone it, or move it to a folder, and even deleting it.
