Where can I find when and who completed the worksheet? What is the Evaluate menu?

Are you curious about what is in the Evaluate menu? Read this short summary and find out what functions this menu contains!

The submitted worksheets and related data are in the Evaulate menu. This is the primary interface to track completions and check the tudents' solutions.

You can find the following information in the Results menu:

  • all submissions for a worksheet
  • the dates of the completion
  • the percentage and scores of completions
  • the status of the completions (started, submitted, approved)
  • length of time taken to complete
  • the completer's solutions

If you would like to see all data from the completion in one place, click the Table View button on the left. This way, you don't have to click on each completer to retrieve the corresponding data but can view it in table format.

In the Evaluate menu, you can check the answers of the completer, and, if necessary, here, you can overscore their results generated by the system. This is also the place to send feedback through comments, stickers, or GIFs. If you have reviewed the auto-correction and want to approve the results, click the Approve button.

These tasks must be checked and evaluated separately. Otherwise, they will be given zero points. Once checked and evaluated, you will be able to finalise the result with your overall approval.

To ensure that all completers receive the score they deserve, always check the auto-correction and finalise the result with your approval!
