## ¿Ya no necesitas tu suscripción de Redmenta? ¡Conoce tus opciones!
Si el período de suscripción ya ha comenzado, no se puede solicitar un reembolso (ni total ni proporcional al tiempo) de acuerdo con las CGC y los términos de uso. Si consideras que aún tienes derecho a un reembolso por razones ajenas a tu control, escribe tu caso a [support@redmenta.com](mailto:support@redmenta.com) y te informaremos sobre las posibilidades.
